Jameson Homes specializes in building a limited number of true custom homes each year. Our philosophy is not to be the biggest, nor do we want to be. Our focus is on building the very best homes for each and every one of our clients. Investing in a new home is a significant investment and one that we do not take lightly. Jameson Homes will work diligently to create the home of your dreams, while providing you with a build experience which is based on communication, trust, and transparency.

Every home is overseen by Jameson Homes owner, Michael Burns, and his expectations do not change based on home location or price point. Our team of talented contractors work on every home we build and we do not substitute contractors based on production or schedule needs. Selecting The Details

No two home buyers are alike, and therefore, no two homes should be either. Starting with a custom floor plan, every Jameson home is exclusively custom built. From windows to faucets, we will guide you through selecting the finishes which you want in your home. Our network of suppliers are second to none and offer various showrooms so that you can make selections in person and not on a computer. We can also provide interior design services which can assist you to any degree in the selection process. We make the process simple and yet enjoyable, because that's how it should be.

Clean & Professional Jobsites

The construction of a new home is an extensive process, with thousands of moving parts and hundreds of people involved. Therefore, we find it imperative to provide a safe and clean environment for our contractors to work and for you to visit. Each of our job sites are cleaned regularly and inspected for any hazards so that you can enjoy stopping by and walking through your new home.

Floor Plans & Architecture

Every home built by Jameson Homes begins by discussing the specific needs and wants of the homeowner. From there, we will work with our architect to customize a floor plan, or, create an entirely new floor plan which best fits you. For this reason, we do not list "standard floor plans" on our website, as we feel a custom home should start with a custom floor plan!
