Jameson Homes was founded on the principle of building homes to the highest level of quality while exceeding client's expectations through communication, honesty, and old fashioned hard work.

Jameson Homes is not the largest builder, nor do we want to be. At Jameson Homes our focus is building high quality homes, with a level of detail rarely found in new construction homes.
How can we achieve that level of detail and quality? We work closely with our trade partners, suppliers, and contractors, many of which we have worked with for close to a decade. We have built countless homes together and working alongside one another for years has created relationships based on trust, loyalty, and dedication. Our trade partners know our expectations, and in turn, we know the quality of work which they provide. We believe the key to consistently building high quality homes is a result of using the same contractors on every single home, regardless of price, location or size.

MICHAEL BURNS
From a small town in New Jersey, Michael has established himself as one of the premier home builders in the Kansas City area. After graduating from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Management, along with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Michael spent 8 years as the General Manager of Phantom Racing Chassis in North Carolina, before relocating to the Kansas City area. He, along with his wife Brittney, have 4 children from the ages of 8 to 19.
After landing in the Kansas City area, Michael started a successful Property Management Company with rental properties located throughout Pleasant Hill, Lone Jack, Peculiar, Blue Springs, and Harrisonville. That company continues to thrive today, although Michael's focus is now solely on new construction. Following the successful Property Management startup, Michael became involved in new construction, primarily single family residential homes. A decade later and countless custom homes completed, Michael formed Jameson Homes with the sole objective of building the very best custom homes in the Kansas City area. Through hardwork and dedication, Michael has become a very respected, well known, and trusted member of the Kansas City home building industry. His attention to detail and unwillingness to cut corners is widely renowned and recognized. Known for his hands on approach, Michael is onsite daily working with contractors, brainstorming new ideas, and quite often even pushing a broom. |

Jameson Homes approaches every home as though it were our own. There are a lot of home builders in the Kansas City market, many of which build very nice homes. Each builder has their own unique way of building. For us, it is not about how many homes we build or how quickly we can build them. Instead, it's about how well we can build each and every home.
